Terms of Service
These Terms describe the conditions for using Threads Stock Monitor. The application is a limited-access internal tool operated by authorized app operators, app roles, and testers.
1. Acceptance
By installing, configuring, or using Threads Stock Monitor, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the application.
2. Limited-Access Scope
Threads Stock Monitor is designed for an internal monitoring workflow. It does not provide public user accounts, paid subscriptions, or a publicly hosted analytics service. Any deployment, hosting, or sharing of the application is the responsibility of the person or organization operating it.
3. Permitted Use
You may use the application only in a lawful manner and in compliance with applicable third-party terms, including:
- Meta Platform Terms, Threads API policies, and any applicable developer requirements.
- The terms of any configured AI provider.
- The terms of any configured notification service, such as Discord.
4. Prohibited Use
You must not use the application to:
- Violate laws, platform policies, rate limits, or intellectual property rights.
- Collect, process, or redistribute data in a way that is not permitted by the source platform.
- Access Meta Products or Threads data using automated means without required permission.
- Misrepresent the application as being endorsed by Meta, Threads, Discord, an AI provider, or any other third party.
- Use generated summaries as guaranteed facts without checking the original sources.
5. No Financial Advice
The application may summarize public discussion about stocks or markets. Those summaries are for internal informational use only and are not financial, investment, legal, tax, or professional advice. You are responsible for independently verifying information before making any decision.
6. AI Output
If AI analysis is enabled, generated output may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or misleading. The application attempts to summarize source material, but it cannot guarantee accuracy, completeness, availability, or fitness for any particular purpose.
7. Third-Party Services
The application depends on third-party services only when configured by an authorized operator. Availability, data access, API behavior, pricing, policies, and permissions may change without notice. The application operator is responsible for credentials, settings, usage limits, and compliance with those services.
8. Privacy
The Privacy Policy explains how the application handles information. By using the application, you acknowledge the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimer
The application is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, and uninterrupted operation.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for losses related to data, credentials, profits, market decisions, third-party service failures, or inability to use the application.
11. Changes and Termination
These Terms may be updated from time to time by posting a revised version on this page. The operator may stop maintaining or operating the application at any time.
